Where can I find traffic statistics?

We are Offering live traffic statistics. Go to your account, click Advertisers then Statistics. Statistics can be viewed in real-time reports grouped by the hour, day, week, month or year.

How can I publish on some of my favorit sites?

There are two ways to advertise on your favorit sites:

1. You can buy a spot directly from our publishers. Check http://www.ero-advertising.com/buying-spaces.php

2. With our Domainfilter it´s possible to assign a list with whitelisted sites to your campaign. If you have setup it correctly your advertisements would only appear on whitelisted websites.

Is it possbile to use iFrame Banners?

If you are running an Ad-Server it´s possible to work with HTML Banners in our System. Please note that the Payment has to be switched to CPM if you are using iFrame Banners.

How can I transfer money?

EroAdvertising is accepting paypal, wire and credit card payments at this time

Where should I put my conversion tracking code?

You should put your conversion tracking code on your thank you page that confirms the particular action that you would like your visitors to do.  In other words, put it on the page that says, "Your order is complete" or "thanks for buying or signing up for something."

I've put the code up. Now what?

Once you've put your conversion code up, you can track your conversion stats at your EroAdvertising account and see from which pages your conversion is coming from.

How can the conversion code help improve my ad campaign performance?

Adding a conversion code can give you the data you need  for your campaign to be even more successful. In addition to impressions and clicks, with a conversion code you´ll be able to track how many people purchase your product or land on one of your pages from one of our ads. 

Why isn't my ad live?

It can be because of several of different reasons: Your funds wasn´t received yet, any edits made recently to the ad  must be approved before they can go live. If the ad has been purchased for a specific site, the publisher site will have to approve it before they can go live.

How do I add variations to my campaign?

You can add variations of your campaign by hitting the Button "clone" on your advertisement overview. The existing campaign will be duplicated and you could setup now other settings to the clone.

How do I edit an ad?

You can edit, pause or delete you ads at any time.  Go to your account and simply click on Edit Tab under Advertisements.

Can I block bad converting websites?

Yes, all the sites can be blocked by simply clicking on the green numbers under statistics and choose the site you wish to block.

How do I paste the code?

To retrieve a copy of the ad code within your account, please follow these steps:
1.  Log into your account 
2.  Select the "publishers" tab
3.  Click the "My Websites" link
4.  Click "View AdSpaces"
5.  Click on the Name of your AdSpace
6. Take the Code in the Box "Ad-Code" and copy it into your Website

How will I be notified when I have an ad to approve?

You will be notified by email that an ad has been submitted and is pending your approval.

What if I reject an ad?

If you reject an ad, the advertiser will be notified via email.

How do I get more targeted/relevant ads?

Our ads are targeted not only by the content of your site, but also by the demographics of the user visiting the ad, and the expected revenue from the ad.  For example, if there is a banner ad which is extremely relevant to your site, but only has a bid of $.15 CPM, and there is a dating ad which is less relevant but also targeting your demographic, and has a bid of $1.00, we will display the dating ad since it will generate more revenue.

Is there a minimum amount I have to earn before receiving my payment?

Yes, the minimum amount is 10 euros.

When and how will I get paid?

EroAdvertising issues payments in Euro. We are currently offering monthly or weekly payment through paypal, wire or paxum. 

Can I use my earnings to purchase advertising?

Yes, you can contact one of our sellers to find the advertising solution right for you.

I reached my minimum requirement, why wasn't a payment processed for me?

Before a payment can be processed, these are the criteria that must be met at the time we process payments:

1. Earnings must reach the minimum
2. Earnings needs to be requested
3. Pay to name must be filled out
4. Address must be complete
5. Correct payment method needs to be selected and validated by us

If any of the five criteria mentioned above is not met, a payment cannot be processed for you. 

Where do I update my payment information?

To update your payment information (such as address and pay to name including paypal), please follow these steps:

1. Log into your EroAdvertising account
2. Select the " My Account" tab
3. Click the "Payment and Information" link
4. Once your changes have been made, click the "Save" button

Note:  that all payment information needs to be validated by our support.

Where should I place my ads?

We recommend that you place ads on areas on your site that will be most visible and useful for your users. Placing your ads in these areas will often result in the best performance for your advertisers, and strong performance from the ads on your site will encourage advertisers to buy more ads there.

What will be displayed in my zones when no one has purchased an ad on my site?

We highly recommend EroAdvertising´s keyword targeted text ads, for which you are paid per click.
